These Terms & Conditions govern your use of prime-rank.com and any SEO services provided by Prime Rank. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Prime Rank provides SEO services offered exclusively as monthly or annual packages.

  • We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue

  • We guarantee only the deliverables clearly outlined in the selected package

SEO results depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including algorithms, competition, and client cooperation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to website, hosting, CMS, and required tools

  • Approve content and changes promptly

  • Respond within reasonable timeframes

Any delay caused by the client may result in delayed or reduced outcomes. Such delays are the client’s responsibility.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan

  • Accepted currencies: USD, GBP, EUR

  • Accepted payment methods: card, PayPal, Stripe, wire transfer

For subscriptions, payment details are securely stored and charged automatically according to the billing cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

⚠️ Important:

  • Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date

  • Prime Rank is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel on time

Once billed, charges are final.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds for monthly or annual plans

  • No refunds after onboarding or work commencement

  • All transactions are final

6. Delays & Compensation

  • Client-caused delays are not compensable

  • Any unnecessary delays caused solely by Prime Rank may be reasonably compensated at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, documents, and materials produced by Prime Rank remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Rank shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, or profits

  • Algorithm changes or third-party platform actions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in the preceding billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
