Prime Rank provides digital SEO and marketing services that involve planning, strategy, optimization, content work, reporting, and ongoing campaign management. Because our services require time, resources, and manual work, refunds are limited once service delivery has started.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered if:
A duplicate payment was made
A billing error occurred
Service access or onboarding has not yet started
Prime Rank is unable to begin the agreed service
Once SEO work, onboarding, reporting, account setup, website review, content planning, or campaign activity has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
Monthly and annual SEO packages are billed according to the selected plan. Clients are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchase.
Refunds are not guaranteed for completed billing periods or active service periods where work has already started.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
To avoid future charges, cancellation must be requested before the next billing date. If a subscription renews before cancellation is completed, the renewed payment may not be refundable if work for that billing period has already started.
SEO is a time-based and resource-based service. Results may vary depending on website condition, competition, search engine updates, client cooperation, and other external factors.
Prime Rank does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or sales results. However, we are committed to delivering the agreed scope of work for each active service period.
If there is a billing concern, clients should contact Prime Rank first so we can review and resolve the issue.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication may result in temporary service suspension while the matter is reviewed.
