Prime Rank maintains a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to Prime Rank are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Monthly SEO packages

• Annual SEO packages

• Setup, onboarding, or recurring fees

2. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; however:

• Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date

• Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund

3. Service Delivery

SEO is a time-based and resource-based service. Once work has begun or access has been granted, refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating chargebacks without contacting Prime Rank may result in:

• Immediate service termination

• Suspension of accounts

• Permanent restriction from future services
